As a spiritual person, it doesn't matter whether you're celebrating Solstice, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Bodhi Day, Christmas or something else, because amplifying your Divine connection during the Christmas season is what really counts.
In the midst of all the gift giving, hanging out with friends and family, cooking, eating, partying, etc, it's very easy to forget what all the celebrating is about. That's why I want to take a moment to remind you that the energy of the season is about calibrating your vibrational frequency to sync with your Divine mission.
But how do you do that?
3 Ways to Amplify Your Divine Connection during Christmas Season:
1. Stick to a Meditation, Prayer or Ritual Schedule. The distractions of the Christmas season are plentiful, right? All the sales, shopping, gift giving and hanging out with extended family pull you in, stress you out and lower your frequency. This is why you must prioritize your meditation, prayer or ritual time, so that you can amplify your Divine connection during Christmas season.
2. Borrow my Mantra. My mantra during the Christmas season is really a question that I ask myself often. The question is "Am I having fun?" or "Is this fun?" Yes, this is a very important question because no matter what else happens in life, the purpose of it all is to have fun...be as happy as possible in any given moment. Even though there are times when it seems impossible to be having fun, I still ask myself this question. If I'm not having fun, then I feel out of sync with my Divine connection. If I'm not having fun, I stop...even just for a moment and whisper to my Goddess within "help me have fun. I want to have fun." The stress melts away and I enjoy the moment again (even if the circumstances haven't yet changed).
3. Don't go it alone. As busy as the Christmas season tends to be, it can be a lonely time as well. It's towards the end of the year and you might be evaluating your life from a negative light. To deliberately amplify your Divine connection and calibrate your frequency, reach out to your spiritual coach or other spiritual friend, family, community, etc that are in support of you and can lift you up from a funk that the Christmas season brought about.
There you have it. The Christmas season is about amplifying your Divine connection, so that you can continue to fulfill your mission of elevating consciousness and making the world a better place.
