We offer FREE Shipping to North America and parts of Europe o physical products( a few European items/countries have shipping. You will see the shipping cost indicated on these items).

We make sure each and every order you place with us is tracked and you get the tracking number so you can follow up with your order, if you like.

Your items will arrive in 2 - 4 weeks once you place your order. Because of shipping delays due to Covid-19, your item may take an additional week or two. We monitor your order as it moves through the postal system.

Your item will arrive in great condition. But, if for ANY reason, you're not satisfied, please let us know and we'll be glad you quickly resolve the issue or give you a refund. simply contact us

On the RARE occasion that you do not receive your order in 6 weeks, simply let us know for an immediate refund. And you can keep the product when it finally arrives. 

RETURNS:

If you're not happy with your order (physical products only) once you receive it, you have a full 7 days, after it was delivered, to get it back to us. Don't worry, we cover the return shipping costs and we promptly refund you once we have the item back.
